The injection molding control systems exhibited by Huacheng Industrial Control this time cover single-board systems, integrated drive and control series, and bus architecture systems. These systems are applicable to various application scenarioses in the injection molding industry, such as injection molding part extraction, loading and unloading, in-mold embedding, in-mold labeling, etc., demonstrating the breakthrough advantages of domestic control systems in terms of precision, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.  

QC-S3L Control System: Specifically designed for the automation upgrade of the injection molding industry, it integrates high-precision control, efficient coordination, and safety protection. Through advanced control algorithms and high-precision sensors, the control accuracy can reach 0.01mm, meeting the operation requirements with relatively high precision demands.

QC-S5L Control System: The QC-S5L is a newly launched five-axis integrated drive and control product by Huacheng Industrial Control. Compared with the previous generation QC-S5G control system product, its volume has been reduced by 30%, saving space, and it can accurately and efficiently complete the loading and unloading operations.

EC-S5 Control System: Developed for the extraction and embedding applications of injection molding machine manipulators, it is equipped with a proprietary mold-locking safety circuit. Combined with software logic, it can provide double-layer safety protection for mold locking.

ET-SXD Control System: It is a complete set of solutions tailored for the injection molding machine manipulator industry. The system features a compact size, which helps save installation space. It can be paired with Huacheng's bus-type servo drives and motors, and can also be configured with other bus servos, offering high ease of use.

HC-SXL Control System: It supports language translations in over 13 countries, complies with both Chinese standards and the EU67 standard of European regulations, and has obtained the CE (EMC) certification. It supports the input and output of signals for core insertion and extraction, as well as emergency stop functions, ensuring safety and stability. 

HC-S5 Control System: With a system architecture of DSP+FPGA, it has a motion control precision of 0.01mm. It supports multiple stacking methods, CAN communication expansion, and the import and export of parameters via a USB flash drive, enabling efficient and convenient operation.

The robotic arm "dances" gracefully and flexibly. Every grasp and placement is precise and error-free. At the exhibition site, the portable collaborative robot palletizer attracted domestic and foreign exhibitors and visitors to come and "check in". 

This robot is centered around the concept of "lightweight design + intelligent control". It is compact in size and easy to move. Meanwhile, it is equipped with a self-developed control system by Huacheng. Featuring a large-screen design, it can intuitively display the palletizing status and parameters, making it simple to operate. It has a built-in industry-specific palletizing process package that supports one-click operation, enabling it to adapt to different product specifications and stacking patterns, enhancing production flexibility. It can be applied to the palletizing processes in multiple industries (such as cartons, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, food, metal products, etc.).
